We roast entire cuts of heritage Fleckvieh (Čestr) cattle and Přeštík pig at low temperatures in our custom-built smoke sauna. That’s why every piece is full of flavor, juicy and tender. Try our three-course menu to sample it all.
We also stew, cook and grill meat on wood charcoal. We go the extra mile when it comes to sourcing our meat. We choose individual cattle from breeders we trust, then oversee their diet and treatment. We then butcher the meat and hang it for aging ourselves.
